This book is a compilation of words, phrases, and other resources to help you write descriptively. The objective isn't to teach you how, although I may go into more detail on some subjects, the idea is to quickly reference a particular subject. As an example, what are words that you should use instead of "laughed". Possible answers might be, "snickered", "giggled", or "roared", depending on the contest of your story.

This small book should help you doing descriptive writing many sentences or sentence openers to help you with your exams or in class or even writing your own book, this book includes descriptive writing about places, events and objects hope it helps!

🚨 PIECES THAT GOT ME AN A*🚨 This is a compilation of descriptive pieces that I wrote during my GCSE course, including loads of great tips for creative writing. Maybe you won't enjoy reading these pieces as much as I enjoyed writing them. But if you're here to get inspiration for creative writing in GCSEs, I'm telling you now that these pieces got me grade 9s. Feel free to steal a metaphor or two and point out any mistakes. This is really just a book for me to practice my descriptive writing. I think of noun (person, place or thing) and I make up a scenario about it in my head, and then try to describe it the best that I can with vivid adjectives and adverbs. In each entry I will have to include the 5 senses (touch, hear, see, smell, taste). Hope you read these little 'stories'!

If you haven't guessed, this book is full of my different descriptive writing works from April of 2018 to present. Each idea is prompted by either readers, my friends or how I feel about something.
