In the shinobi world, there has never been a case of albinism, so there is no cure, not that there was one anyways. He was viewed as a freak, mutant, monster, idiot, and demon. They did not know he was a child prodigy, however. He's not the blonde idiot everybody knows, he's the masked albino ANBU, kitsune, that everybody fears. (His family neglects him,they all think he's the weakest out of all of them. He is the youngest of the other two children, Menma, and Naruko.
