He was seen in clinics and orphanages numerous times and has earned the confidence of civilians. Some people thought him higher than heroes, even being defended by his supporters in a one-off clash with heroes. It is fact that no-one could find the vigilante, but he whould find them. He wasn't any 'Symbol of Peace', but he could strike fear into villains like a kick to the face. And that's just how he fights.
