Hadlee Reid, 20-year-old sister of Bondi lifeguard Harrison Reid, has recently moved from New Zealand to live with her brother after her parents had decided that her condition was too much for them to handle. Hadlee is an epileptic; she relies on medication and the occasional lucky streak to keep her from going into sudden convulsions. Harrison, one of the only members in their family who accepted Hadlee's circumstances, was beyond happy to have his sister come and live with him in Australia, but now he faces another problem. He has kept most of his home life a secret from his fellow lifeguards. Now, he must adapt to having the responsibility of his sister in his care and keep his duties at work unaffected. But when the lifeguards find out about Hadlee and her condition in an unplanned manner, how will they take it?
