Still reeling from the shock of his letting someone in through the protective walls around his heart, Nico DiAngelo fears that Will Solace will break his heart. At the same time, he can't stay away from the tan, blonde haired, light-hearted son of Apollo. He finds himself falling more and more in love, while at the same time struggling his inner desire to pull away from anything that might end up in him getting hurt. Ever since Bianca's death, he's tried to keep from getting close to people. He doesn't want to go through that kind of pain again.
