Dean feels broken and tired, but hides it. Cas was sure about himself for the first time in months. But then Sam, Dean and Cas come back from a hunt. A hunt that made Dean realise how much he needs Cas. A hunt that made Cas realise how much he hides some emotions for Dean inside of him.
