Brendon Urie is the front man for famous punk band, Panic! At The Disco. 17 year old Jamie Kidnee is stuck touring with the band for her summer since her dad is managing the tour and band. It's not miserable, the guys are pretty entertaining and it's not like she hates their music. She's actually been crushing pretty hard on Dallon Weekes until recently. When 19 year old James Urie joins the fun to spend his last four weeks of summer with his older cousin, Brendon, he finds himself trying to spend more time with Jamie.
