"Are you going to heal me or what, Solace?" After the war with Gaea, Nico di Angelo is forced to spend three days in the infirmary with the annoyingly handsome son of Apollo. He's reluctant at first, but there really is no point in arguing with Will once he's set his mind to something. And what did Nico expect from his time there? Naps and not so crappy Jell-O? Well, it definitely wasn't noisy visitors, a spying Roman, awkward moments, and a friendship that just might be a little more. Nico Di Angelo didn't exist. Okay, yeah, he did exist. But not really to anyone outside of his small friend group. And even then, he was a quiet kid. It was easy for him to almost disappear even when he was with friends. He kind of blended in with the shadows, with the background. Will Solace was pretty well known, however. He wasn't exactly a popular kid, per say, but he was one that everyone knew. Everyone had some sort of story about him, whether it was simply having a class with him, or having to witness him fall out of a tree. It is the year following Will and Nico's wedding. Apollo has this perfect idea to try to give them kids. What happens when that plan turns into a competition between Apollo, Aphrodite, and surprisingly, Hades?

One day I was doing the dishes and singing (badly) Soldatino by Paola Bennet when an idea came into my head based on some other stories I had read combined with the song. I decided to start writing Solangelo one shots. That's this I do not own any of the characters in this book except the ones I make up. The rest are owned by Rick Riordan and Disney.
