After dating for eight years, Yoora's boyfriend calls it quits. Heartbroken, Yoora decides to drink her sorrows away with her friend. However, after a few too many drinks, Yoora mistakes an innocent passerby to be her ex-boyfriend and vents her anger at him. Realizing what she had done the next morning, Yoora was sure she would not see that stranger ever again. Little did she know, she'll be working with that stranger at her publishing company. Jinho Park is a successful children's book author. Despite writing for children, Jinho is not an enthusiastic, lovable person. In fact, Jinho does not believe in love. He thinks love is an excuse humans make to avoid loneliness and his belief is confirmed the night he encounters an angry drunk woman. Yoora hopes Jinho can be more open to love, while Jinho hopes Yoora can face the actual reality of love.
