What if someone you fight, turns into someone you want to protect? What if the one you want him to protect from is himself and you don't know how to help him? Splendid is known as a hero in his place, a kind helper and rescuer in distress. Quite unlike his 'beloved' biggest problem, called Flippy. He's a war veteran, who has to fight with PTSD. His usually restrained, quiet personality turns into on of a dangerous, brutal muderer, who kills anyone and anything, which crosses his path. Splendid has to keep tye others safe, every time Flippy freaks out. It's not infrequent, more precisely this happens every time he's faced with things like scenes or sounds, which remind him oh his time at war. While everyone else wants to get rid of him, Splendid just has the feeling he's baby-sitting Flippy. One day, when Flippy freaked out again, Splendid tried another way to calm him down, even though it was a risk to come this near to Flippy's knife. To his relieve, this new method works without trouble. But as Flippy woke up again, something extremely strange was going on. Not because of the fact Splendid had never talked with him after this, but Flippy was nearly about to break. Splendid never felt any of this before, but at this moment he felt hus desperation literally. Splendid has never seen any weak point in him until then. After what happened afterwards, Splendid was totally sure about what he will do. But his decision brings its consequences... -Human!HTF-Fiction- xxx You might think, It's just another simple Flippy x Splendid Fanfiction. Okay, maybe you are right.
