I didn't exactly want to make a story with Shattered!Dream in it because I didn't want it to seem like I was copying someone, or accidently taking their idea. But I assure you this is a story that I've had on my mind for a while and..I decided to bring it out. And I'm sorry to those who in which I might be taking your idea, I really don't mean to. I'm sorry. - Nightmare has been running from his brother for a while now. He's so scared that he can't make a portal or, teleport himself to a different AU for safety. But he does anyway - and when he does, it takes up so much of his energy and magic that he can barely stand. His 'Nightmare' form has now gone into hiding, because the both of them are scared. In this situation..his 'Other Self' is the only person he has, but..since he was in that form for so, So long.. Nightmare himself is Too fragile. He's weak..weaker then his now Corrupted!Brother. Who is now stronger beyond belief. But more..Crazy then he is. Nightmare can only run.. He can't run.. He can't hide.. He can't breath.. Nor can he eat or sleep.. But..what will happen when he begs for a Savior? When he begs for HELP. Will someone or something SAVE him..or leave him to rot..and leave him to continue running from the Brother he once knew AS a Brother. - "I-I just..I just want everything to return to the way it once was! We never wanted this! I never wanted this! HE! never wanted this! B-but..But it's all my fault! Dream is like this Because of ME! And there is NO WAY for me to bring him - my Brother - Dream back.
