The world ending hadn't left much of a parenting guide for troubled teenagers plucked from the wild but he managed, somewhat. . "I didn't like how you talked to me," she ground out, refusing to look at him. "That was called parenting, sweetheart. I was telling you boundaries." If I tell you to leave me, then damn it, you leave and you don't look back." "Daryl," she sighed softly, shaking her head. "No, I mean it," he argued, encircling her wrist and jostling her a bit, begging her to listen. "I can't lose you. Not like that, not ever." His words were like lava bubbling in his throat, everything he had fought so hard to conceal was quickly rising to the surface. Fuck it. Any fear of rejection was overpowered by his need to make her understand. It wouldn't change how he felt, or the fact that he'd take on a thousand walkers if it kept her safe for even one more millisecond. "I need you around, Ace." "Always." ------------------------------ *I do not own any characters, scenes, or scripts from The Walking Dead. Any resemblance to other people that my original characters have is completely coincidental.*

Seasons 1-8 so far! ~~ Parker Grimes was with her family when the world ended. Her only goal was to keep those around her safe and no matter how bad things became she'd stay with them till the very end. She didn't expect the loner of the group, Daryl Dixon, to catch her eye. The only real question is: Is the end of the world really the best place to find love? A world where Parker realizes that maybe having someone to take care of her isn't a sign of weakness, and Daryl realizes that life is better when you have someone by your side.

Rosie Banks is a quiet and tough nine-year-old girl living in the Atlanta camp with her father, David Banks. After a few weeks at the camp, David gets to know the Dixon brothers. Rosie, being her father's own personal shadow, gets to know the Dixons as well. It doesn't take long for the Dixons to catch on to the many flaws in the relationship between Rosie and her father. Eventually, Merle decides to take matters into his own hands. Will Rosie ever come to understand that it was for the better? How will she survive without her father? ⚠️This book has mature themes such as abuse, sa, and suicide. They aren't constant, but they are there.⚠️ • Completed!!! This fic is pretty mediocre. It was my first published book and I'm not super proud of it. If you want to check out newer works, I think my writing has since improved. :) If there are any typos/errors, please don't hesitate to point them out so I can fix them! Comments are appreciated! Enjoy!

Despite her rocky upbringing, Juniper Dixon strives to be kind to all things, even those who are not kind to her- except for the dead. She didn't really fit in at school or at home, but she supposes that doesn't really matter, now that the dead are walking. All that matters is that she keeps breathing. At least, that's what her dad says. • ⚠️ This book has mature themes such as EDs and abuse, with slight mentions of sa and suicide. They aren't constant and they're not nearly as intense as they are in Future Ghosts, but they are there. ⚠️ If there are any typos/errors, please don't hesitate to point them out so I can fix them!
