Confused, the Winter Soldier, aka Bucky, wonders around the streets of New York. He can't go back to HYDRA, they would wipe his memory again. And he wants to remember. He want's to remember who Steve was, the man that he was ordered to kill but was also claimed to be his best friend. He somehow stumbles into a woman's apartment named Amelia, looking for medical help, and for some reason, Amelia decides to help him. As she finds out more about him, she decides to teach him how to live like a human in the 21st century and also helps him to remember his past. But disaster strikes as HYDRA finds Bucky, and when they try to find Steve they also find out that unfortunately he has been kidnapped by HYDRA too. And so their first mission begins. [ Bucky and OFC fanfiction. All characters, SHIELD and HYDRA belong to Marvel, except my own characters Amelia, Evan and whoever else I decide to add into the story. The description sounds crap, but I swear I'll try my best to make the story good with humor, romance and adventure:) ]

Avery and Leah loved Marvel more than the average person. They watched movies, has marathons and dreamt of one day meeting the actors who put their favourite characters into action. The girls weren't expecting their typical movie night to begin their wildest adventure until they were enlightened with the fact that time travel was real. Once they're transported they need to figure out how to get back to their modern time until they face the reality that they've somehow made it into the 40s-a time where Captain America was the only hero, or rather, Steve Rogers. Will the girls figure out how to get back or will they crumble at the charm and wit of Bucky Barnes and Howard Stark?

Bucky is gone, vanished, liked a shadow thrown by a passing cloud. And Amelia is left recovering from her recent injuries, the injuires she earned as a result of helping Bucky save his best friend, and now she's left questing the very foundations of their relationship. Why would he leave? Did he use her? Did he ever love her in the first place? However, other matters rise to the surface as the Avengers receive political pressure to join a new system of accountability which causes the team to fall apart. And after finding out that Bucky is apparently involved in another terrorist attack, will their relationship ever be the same? Which side will she take during this new found civil war?

He gently placed her back onto her feet, whipping a knife out of his belt. He pushed Brenna behind him protectively. Backing away with caution, Brenna could only watch as the suspense rose. "Don't make me do this," Steve pleaded, his voice sounding tired. But Bucky was gone once again, taken control of by the Winter Soldier. And the only thing that mattered now was completing his mission. The two lunged for each other. ' • • • Brenna Halliday Stark.
