A prequel to "Notorious". The best known psychiatrist known in Japan, Katsuki Bakugou, has been assigned to treat Shoto Todoroki, the most perilous and unhinged man in Japan. Their first day didn't go very well, but Katsuki manages to find a way to improve his relationship with his patient, only to fall in love with a criminal.
