Julie, an orphaned, abandoned, and abused girl wakes up in a bed in Bag End two days before the big party. When she meets Frodo, a friendship forms, but she is afraid of even speaking to him and his friends, especially his cousin Pippin. She is forced to accompany Frodo and Sam to Rivendell, and she doesn't know what adventure she'll be on.
