At Harukawa's words both Ouma and Momota freeze, Momota stops pulling the back of Ouma's shirt and Ouma stops elbowing Momota's ribs. They stare at each other in confusion for a few moments before Momota finally asks the very question running through Ouma's mind "Dude, who the fuck is Junko Enoshima?" And all Ouma can do is shrug because honestly he has no fucking clue. -- Both Kaito and Kokichi somehow survive the poison and are now crammed in the exisal together throughout chapter 5.

With Kaito's hero like mindset and Shuichi's curiosity of the boy's real personality, they plan to break away Ouma's mask. They never planned on falling for the liar.
