Alastor, is Alastor, a cannibal who kills based on his own loose moral code. But it keeps him sane so he figures he shouldn't fix what isn't broken. Alastor finds himself in the Neon Apple one night, looking for different targets than the one he finds. Lucifer, is just working like any other night.
