After escaping an ambush from the foot Mikey gets poisoned but there is something else wrong with him.

When the Foot Clan leaves New York suspiciously to go back to Japan. With no threat left in New York the brothers decide to head to Asia aswell to keep the area safe from the foot and will return in a years time. Splinter refuses to return back to the place he lose everything and feeling guilty the youngest decides to stay with his father. Little do they know that not all danger is away from New York and when Splinter gets injected with a mysterious substance all Mikey can do is try and contact his brothers to return home. Will they ever come back? Will Mikey be able to handle this situation by himself? Or will this turtle breakdown during the process.
