Shizuo blames himself for Izaya's condition through those two years. and when Izaya wakes up he decides he wants to pursue his relationship with Shizuo. but will Izaya's depression stop him from following his heart or can Shizuo help Izaya out of the dark.

Izaya is hurt by one of his attackers that wasn't Shizuo. The attacker had stabbed him in his side and left him for dead. Until a certain someone showed up and saw him sitting there, bleeding from it what happens next.
