Thanks ❤️ For Alina, destruction is inherent. Her mother sends her away to Greendale college, to keep her from causing trouble, but it seems like trouble lurks behind her like a looming shadow. And even though the college is the last place Alina wants to be, she has no choice. Barely two weeks after settling in, she discovers a truth that shocks her core- that the school houses creatures of the night: Witches, demons, monsters and the lot of them. Alina digs deeper into her history, to see how she fits into everything. But the more she searches, the less she sees. And as the line between friendship, love and betrayal grows thinner, Alina finds herself caught in the middle of a war birthed hundreds of years ago, when the first generation of Star Flies marched.

"Sarauniya!" I said almost loudly but not enough for my friend Bilal to hear, "who is she?" "Aaliyah. She's the late Alhaji Mujib's daughter. " Bilal said seeming uninterested with the topic. "Ina gidan su?" I asked, sounding a bit like a crazy stalker. "Ka kamu da ciwon so ko?" He asked as a smile spreads across his face, "They live in Asokoro district. Remember Aunty Shamsiyya? The place isn't far from your habibty's home too." "Ok, thank you. Allah ya maka albarka." "Let me know when to be expecting an invitation card." Hamza said while trying to stifle his laughter but fails woefully and I smack him on his arm as payback, joining him to laugh too. I wanted to follow her and speak to her but I heard the music start, signaling the commencement of Bilal's cousin Nadiya and her groom; Saleem's overpriced dinner party for both families. #WattysNG2020 **** This is Aaliyah's story from grass to grace as she faces obstacles created by her aunt who has done nothing but torture her since her parents death. | Featured on Mystery, Crime and Fright, WattpadUrbanFantasy and more | Welcome to Haywood, home of the tastiest truffles and of course, mysterious deaths. ________________________ Charlotte Alberto had a plan. She would finish college, complete her first novel, publish it, become a bestselling author and die happy. What she did not plan on was to be arrested. Turns out, someone out there really wanted Charlotte out of the way and went to extreme heights to frame her for a strange crime or as the Haywood Police Department put it, the most creative murder yet. Being a writer herself, she knew this was the part in her story where something even worse happens but things take a humorous turn when a random, quirky stranger appeared on her room claiming to have no idea on how he got there. They were both from two very different lives, had two different problems and everyone was baffled on why they were randomly thrown into each others' paths. Seeing as Charlotte believes coincidence to be a myth, she is determined to find out more about where this stranger came from and most importantly, how he was connected with everything else. In the end they become victims themselves, not of murder but something just as evil. _______________________ Featured on @Fright - Psychological Crime and Thrillers @WattpadNanowrimo - Nanowrimo 2020 projects @WattpadUrbanFantasy - Dark as Death @WattpadCreepypasta - Romantic Ravioli @mystery - Curiouser and Curiouser @StoriesUndiscovered - May 2021 @PsychologicalNovel - Crime and Suspense @generalfiction _______________________ Started: Nov 2020 Finished: April 2021 PREVIOUSLY KNOWN AS LUCAS WHITMORE Cover by @FiftyShadesOfTimmy This is a standalone novel. *Sequel to the book Shy for a wife* Being the first born of a wealthy mother is another thing and being the first born to a workaholic is different. Well, I'm that. My name is Ruqqayya Ahmad and i am 20 years. Since when I was small I have been different from my other siblings. That kind of excluded me since I wasn't in the package. Whenever I greeted someone the first thing they say is "it is indeed true, she is the exact replica of my father." It annoyed me so much because I don't know what he looked like. My mom, cleared everything of his to make us feel better especially her but it makes me feel worse. I studied architecture in Canada to feel better. I came back and I am going to get married to a guy who works under his father in an architectural company after she works for him as an assistant. I had to fight with my colleagues becauseof how they disliked me which made me loose hope in any chance we have. I resolced it after months working there. We fell in love and then got married. Later after screwing up in some events I later find out that I have a small quantity of my father's disease. Please tell me, what could possibly be worse than that?
