Most of the people there didn't like me because I was human. The werewolf, vampires, witches, and warlocks didn't take me seriously at all at first. Until they realized I would do anything for them. Humans weren't very happy about the takeover, but when only 30% of the population is actually human you don't get a lot of say. I didn't want a mate for that reason I got rid of my scent, but touch would break that. If my mate touched me even if it was just to brush past me he would notice.
