He saw the thought flash across her beautiful gaze. He saw it. It was a literal darkness, a shadow passing through the blue of her eyes. It was that realization, that evil, undeniable, and nasty truth, that made Gabriel what he was today. The darkness of that thought infused Mercy's magic. It tainted it, and in turn, it tainted him. And Gabriel Reyes... became Reaper.

Overwatch has been disbanded since the omnic crisis. But as the second war rises again, it is time for the heroes of Overwatch to return. But fighting this war may be their ultimate demise.

An Overwatch Story with a couple of ships in it. Like my other work it's mostly just everyday life with hurdles coming up, highs and lows. A few dates are changed from the official cannon. Primarily dates of birth. (Everyone is the age they are in cannon but everything is moved up about 5 years)
