Every 50 years, a dragonet is born with powerful powers. When the three moons eclipse, a child is born from death. When one is born in a eclipse, it is said that they are dangerous and contain no soul. If they aren't killed within their second birthday, the soul becomes corrupted with darkness and hatred.
