Loki, after being tortured for almost 2 and a half years, is found in the streets of New york with his lips sewn and bruises and gashes plastering his body. Stark takes him in to care for but something else sprouts within him. (My writing has been had at the moment so the description wasn't good and maybe the first few chapters may be a bit quick but let's see)

Loki has been stripped of his powers and banned to Midgard to which Tony Stark finds him and believes Loki (whom has no powers) must be tortured for his crimes. Odin and Tony are a bad combination.
