Kalani and Sora end up in a different world separated from their two best friends and they try to find a way to find them. Little did they know that they were chosen by a special weapon called a Keyblade and were destined to stop the darkness. When they meet a talking dog and duck, their journey begins and their lives change. What will happen to these two islanders? Will they find their friends? Will they stop whoever is behind this? The only difference is that Kalani received the Keyblade Inheritance Ceremony, unlike Sora. She had received her first Keyblade from Aqua. Sora and Kalani had met in Destiny Islands and were childhood friends that grew to have feelings for each other, but when the darkness swallowed their home they were sent to another world together. Hallow Bastion, where they also met Donald and Goofy. They went on a journey to find their friends, Kairi and Riku, and to save the worlds from darkness. During their journey, Sora and Kalani grew and started to like each other even more. After they had defeated the darkness, they went to find King Mickey and Riku. But they were soon put into a deep slumber until their next journey calls them. What will happen to Sora and Kalani? What troubles await them in their new journey? Axel kidnaps a girl named Lea into the Kingdom Hearts universe. What would happen when she meets Sora and falls in love with him? Will she stay with him in the light? Or will the voice that dwells deep in her heart lead her to darkness? *I am rewriting this and it already has two chapters in a new book. Same title, just revised.

A part of me wishes that I wouldn't think so much. I think that if I DIDN'T think so much, it would lead to a lot less misery. But then again, would I really be the same person if I didn't think so much? I don't think so anyways, because it's who I am. I am a contradict-addict, I'm helpless at times, I let my emotions get at me, I struggle with everything I do but I can always power through with encouragement... I may be pathetic at times, but all my strength comes from my friends. I wouldn't be here without them, and they've all done so much for me that it would just be stupid to look back and regret everything that my thinking brought. All I've ever wanted is to grow, to protect the people I care for, and to love with all my heart... Sounds like a real hero, right? Well, that's exactly what I want. I want to be a hero. There's so much I need to do, so many things I need to learn, and it starts with overcoming my flaws and becoming someone my friends can be proud of... Someone even HE can be proud of. I love Sora, and if I ever felt like I couldn't do it for myself, I'd do it for him. I'd be his hero, too.

With a goofy knight, a high tempered magician, and a strange girl who also wields a Key, Hikaru will embark on this incredible journey of fighting evil, gaining new allies, and learning the lessons of the heart as he retrace the steps his father once took.
