This Peter Benjamin Parker isn't from this universe. He came from Earth 1456789, instead of Steve Rogers, Peter Parker was chosen to have the Super Soldier Serum. In 2016, The world ended thanks to the civil war. Tony Stark vs. Steve Rogers. (Steve was picked a year after Peter was injected.) Earth 145678 Peter then traveled to Earth 9999 to ensure the world doesn't end up like his own.

The Avengers have another big bad knocking on their door. They have time to prepare for him, so what do they do? They have a meeting. After the untimely death of Aunt May, Tony takes Peter into the avengers initiative and enlists the help of various others to help solve the murder.

Tobey is the oldest brother going to college and preparing to be a physicist. Andrew works at The Daily Bugle saving up money to move to his own apartment, pausing college for now. Peter, the youngest one of the brothers, still goes to Midtown High and has a part-time job as the one and only friendly neighborhood Spider-Man.
