Abandoned in the woods when his quirk didn't come in time. Izuku struggled to survive on his own. Forgotten by many, Izuku did not give up and die like his mother wanted him to. Instead, he fought to live and then thrived when a quirk manifested. As time passed, rumors came up about a beast in the woods made of flesh and bone in different shapes. Izuku now lay on the ground with his arms disintegrated up to his upper wrists. All for One managed to use on of his many quirks in order to attack Izuku whilst he was down and a white light is all Izuku could see. On the other side of what he believed to be Heaven or Hell; he finds himself in the care of a twin-tailed girl with black hair itself. She was worried over him as she had managed to heal his arms back all the way somehow. He later finds out that All for One killed him and now has to live his life in this world, called Gekai.
