It was a normal night on patrol until the Foot Clan and Shredder had attacked them. Leo had become injured and Raph stayed behind fighting the Shredder as his younger brothers took Leo back. Days past and no sign of Raph, but a surprise from him has come upon them.

Splinter has to choose one of his sons for a mission in the mountains to find some herbs, however when he choose someone, he has to stay there for a two months, he thinks it's a perfect training for independence and calm thinking. Raphael really wants to be the chosen one, but he doesn't get the true point of going there. He wants to go there to be alone, far away from his brothers. Of course, the chosen one is Leo. Before Leo leaves, Raph will get into a fight with him and he'll say some things that will broke Leo's heart... but Raph didn't know, that these words may be the last he said to his brother and when more problems will come, things will get more interesting...
