"Lift your head, Putri. If you don't, the crown will fall." ﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌﹌ The day a child is conceived is typically one of joy and celebration. Yet for Aaradhya, this was not the case. Her conception marked a day of disgrace for her family. Her father, Arjun, was exiled, and upon her birth, her mother, Subhadra, was left to care for not only Aaradhya but her half-siblings as well. Despite the hardship, Aaradhya's mother remained patient, patiently awaiting her father's return. However, when Arjun finally returned, Aaradhya was already 13, and the years without him had eroded her trust and faith in him. Her heart, once filled with hope, now only carried disdain for his attempts at reconciliation. Her only solace lay in her Mamashree, Shri Krishna, and Mamishree, Jambavati, who provided the love and support she desperately needed. But as Aaradhya matured, a new and unexpected emotion began to blossom. She found herself drawn to her cousin, Sahasrajith, and began to wonder whether he might share her feelings. Could she allow herself to love him despite the lingering resentment she held for her father? Would she find a path to happiness, or would the shadows of the past forever cloud her heart? "The gods wrote his name in the language of war. She was the only word he chose himself." Arjuna belonged to vows, battles, and the endless demands of fate. Subhadra belonged to moonlit courtyards, whispered prayers, and the quiet places his heart sought refuge. This is not the story of a warrior who conquered the world. It is the story of the one place he laid down his bow. Not just in front of Subhadra, but also his other wives. Draupadi, Chitragandha, and Uloopi. This story covers them all. The wife he respected, the wife he admired, the wife he gave into and last, but not least, his soulmate. Of stolen glances beneath palace lamps, of love blooming in the shadow of prophecy, and of two souls finding each other while history watched from afar. Because before legends were written in blood and glory, there was a moment when Gandiva rested-and Arjuna simply loved. ✧

Ahladini - the one who brings joy, comfort, peace, and warmth to the souls she loves. For her archer Arjun, she was love after battles, comfort amidst chaos, peace within the storms, and the quiet happiness his warrior heart longed for. For her little archer Abhimanyu, she was his world, his safest place, his guide, his first friend, and the warmth that shaped the hero history would remember. While the world spoke of the strength and valor of the two archers, behind their courage stood a woman of Dwapara Yuga whose love became their refuge. A strong woman, gentle yet unwavering - she was the Ahladini to her archers, the silent joy behind their legends.

This story belongs to a tale written thousands of years ago, in the era of Dwapara. One of the most prosperous kingdoms during that time was that of the Yadavas. They were valiant and indomitable, rising to new powers under the guidance of Krishna. And the princess of this very state came to feel attracted towards a close comrade of her brother. That man was one of the most exceptional warriors to have walked on the reputed land of Bharatavarsha and further on became her spouse through an unsuitable practice of abduction, though on the orders of the Lord himself. It was a marriage of love that changed the future politics of Aryavarta. United under the parasol of Dwarkadhisha, both faced trials of time and destiny with their love being famed as the symbol of courage throughout ages. Their story has been retold several times with changing times and this is yet another attempt to do so. ~~~ || Om Namo Bhagwate Vasudevay || ~~~ This is a complete work of fiction and is not meant to hurt any of the readers' sentiments.
