Nico commented, adding to Will's confusion. Feeling the brush go across his skin, the blond shivered. "I like to paint true works of art. And you, Will Solace, are the most pure form of true art I have ever met."

Will is forced to move in with his uncle Poseidon and his family after he comes out to his non-accepting father. Living with his cousin Percy is one thing, but Percy's friends are a whole different story. Especially Nico di Angelo... ~human au, the town of Frostford is fake and all made up, tbh I'm not even sure what state they're in...one of the states~

Nico is an assassin who serves the Shade kingdom, a place of shadow-benders with the most skilled fighters. And when their paths cross, their lives will change forever. Everyone is born with a phrase on their wrist. Nearly everyone, at least. This phrase, as many has concluded, is the most important thing their soulmate ever says to them. Most have the simple "I Love You," Some even have "I'm Breaking Up With You-" for times fate is wrong. Will's already met his soulmate. She was the worst person he ever knew. He wasn't all too happy that she was who he was supposed to be with, but, well, they said each other's words. After getting out of that relationship. he gets a tattoo over the words and learns to stop trusting fate. Nico doesn't care much for a soulmate. He's a bit too busy trying to live, trying to stay on his feet, and trying not to kill stupid customers at his stepmom's store. Though his friends-namely, his sister-insist that he find his fate, he doesn't try. The fun thing about fate, though, is that it's going to happen. Whether they trust it, or care for it, or not. Nico's comming back from a trip to Italy, while at Camp Half-Blood has this purple mist all around created by Hecte and Aphrodite. when Nico doesn't pay attention to were his going he walks right in it.
