Things didn't go as planned when their excursion became an unfortunate event sweeping them away into a deserted island. What a supposed team healing trip turned out to be a bloody massacre as one of the 12 artists began to kill and eliminate them one by one. But one survivor surfaced, and an investigation was opened to reveal what truly happened on that island and to figure out who the one responsible for the bloodshed. Who is Dr. Bebe?

Jane Whittaker is fresh out of college and has gotten a new job at the Pentory State Mental Institution. Upbeat, excited, and hopeful, she's taking on an extreme case with eight patients. These eight patients all have different disorders and phobias and have been there for different periods of time. As Jane gets to know them many questions come up. Why are they here?
