I never pitied anyone, because the grass wasn't greener on this side either. But the one woman I felt bad for all my life was the unknown mate of the man who is getting engaged to his pregnant girlfriend today. I could hear the music coming from the engagement party happening a few yards from where I was. As I lay on the cold hospital bed, I didn't know if I should laugh or cry at the irony of the moon goddess's 'gift' for me. Turns out the woman I pitied all my life was ME. ________

They are all innocent until proven guilty. Not me though, am a liar until proven honest and me being proven honest doesn't change anything either. I was a liar, I am a liar and I'll always remain a liar because it was me who invited him. I am THE slut, he's just an innocent guy who got distracted. ***** Everyone has a secret they need to live and share. After hearing mine, you would think I'd be more screwed up than I already am. Life is too short to waste by dwelling on your past and I've decided to take matters into my own hand. I've got a plan, a to-do list and I'll act on it. On my own terms and at my own pace. But then I met him. The saying is true. Everyone you meet has a purpose in your life. His was to make my life miserable. Or so I thought. He makes me feel the kind of things I never wanted to feel again. He makes me want the kind of things I could never have. You would think once struck by a hammer would be enough to teach me a lesson. But I am a glutton for punishment. I never learn. ***** "Why the hell am I stuck to this chair? Am I - Am I glued?" He growls and snaps his face towards me. I roll my eyes and cluck my tongue, "What did you expect after yesterday's scene, Mr. James? You know I'm not your normal chick who hangs on to every word you utter. You messed with the wrong girl and now you have got to suffer the consequences." SHE'S ABOUT TO PRANK "THE BAD BOY" OF THE SCHOOL, AND HIS REVENGE IS GOING TO BE OH SO GOOD... ***Author's Note: This is the kind of cliché fairytale we crave every once in a while, which restores our faith in Love and Humanity*** ***** Second place winner in "THE GOLDEN HEART AWARDS 2020" ***** Edited by - @Myst3ry007

"Will you reject me?" I ask, ignoring the lump that was forming in my throat. I fought the tears that were threatening to fall. Don't cry, please Hannah, don't cry. His green eyes looked like orbs of ice that stared straight through me. A sadistic smirk pulls up his lip and he puts his arm on my right side, blocking my escape route. "Reject you? That's an easy escape, don't you think?" his voice was as cold as his eyes, as his heart. "The moon goddess gave me you and I'll simply pay her for her kindness." his tone was laced with venom, hatred and disgust. "If she thinks that I can ever accept an Omega as my mate, she's damned wrong." "to those who grew up too fast" A/N: Hey there! "I didn't ask to be in the middle of your ego-battle," I grumble. Blake pins me to my locker, hands resting on either side of my head. "Well, you got it in anyway, Darling," he whispers. His face is inches away from mine and damn me for licking my lips. I am NOT falling for these guys. And then, at the corner of my eye I spot Owen and his gang approaching. Well, that's just great. *** The West and East gang of Tygerwell have been at each other's throats since the dawn of time. And the two leaders of these gangs want to end the fight, once and for all. But fighting with fists is easy. Fighting with wit and charm, is a whole other ball game. Blake. West-side gang leader. Leather jacket and killer glare. Don't talk back. Owen. East-side gang leader. Fancy coat and toxic stare. Don't resist. And in comes Amber. Hair of gold and oceans in her eyes. Has too much sass for her own good and always, ALWAYS, manages to get into the middle of trouble. But these boys have no idea who they're really dealing with. And when Amber descovers she knows a little too much when it comes to guns and fighting, she has to question everything she thought she knew about herself. Three can play this game. *** "Let's settle this. You got rejected, I got rejected. It's only fair that the fate of the gangs be on who gets the girl first." "That sounds rather good, Rhodes. I'll take that bet on the golden girl." *** COMPLETED FICTION AWARDS: Best new story and best new account Highest ranking in Teen Fiction: #1 on 25/06/2018

(THIRD BOOK in the Golden Girl Series) **** "Till death do you part?" The priest finishes off with. "I do," I answer - knowing how ready I am to die with this man. *** You've been on Amber Marigold's journey since she arrived at Tygerwell. Now join the end of her journey. In the final book to the golden girl series, we level up. Bigger races. Epic fights. And much more death. It's not just Tygerwell or the country that's at risk. It's the whole world. "This has become so much bigger than us." And in the final battle of blood and loss and pain, victory is not a certainty. Good guys don't always win, because the lines between good and bad are blurred. Not everyone is going to make it out of this alive. **** "Sterling? The South? They both have a common enemy now..." he whispered. "Us," I answer.
