He won't become a Villian, no he'll become a badass of the class. Especially since his anger towards Todoroki brought forth a dormant quirk. Not just any quirk, but his father's fire breathing quirk. Izuku Midoriya was declared quirkless at the age of four, but one day while he was playing outside with his childhood friend Kacchan and his group, they were climbing some trees and one of them fell and cut their arm and started to bleed, Izuku went to the injured boy to see how he could help, but while Izuku was close to the boy's bleeding arm he starting to have an urge from the scent of the blood, so suddenly Izuku bit down on the boys bleeding arm and began to suck up the like it was spilled juice, but Kacchan pushed Izuku off his injured friend, Kacchan and his group calls him a freak and even there, but while he was by himself he started to feel something else like his body has changed.

Izuku Midoriya is plucked from his time and ends up 300 years in the distant past. The year 2021, to be exact. The sixteen year old quickly adapts to this era of the past, and is taken in and trained by the British secret service. He becomes a 00 at 18, the youngest in history, and quickly makes the codename 007 legendary in the spy world. Entire organizations have set their weapons down and surrendered at the mere mention of his name. Barely a year after becoming the top operative of his department he disappears back to his own time, back to his own age, but with every skill learnt still intact. It's Midoriya. Izuku Midoriya. And he's got a licence to kill.

Izuku Midoriya had a weak quirk. In reality, his quirk was actually perfect for Heroics, but his parents preferred his sister's incredibly powerful Telekinesis quirk. Toshinori and Inko Yagi paid less and less attention to their son who's quirk wasn't as powerful or heroic as his sister's.

This is a AU where 80% of the population has quirks and 20% percent are quirkless, but back then before there were quirks, there were people called Espers with ability's people with quirks could only dream to have.
