Cal is desperately trying to get Mare back. He lost his father, his mother, and his brother, but he refuses to lose Mare. He is trying to come up with a plan to free her, but everything is too risky. But Cal will not just leave Mare to die. Kilorn wants to get Mare back. He needs to get Mare back. He can't survive without her. He is now taking care of her family and working with Cal and her brothers to get her back. Farley is left heartbroken. Her love was murdered and she didn't even get to say goodbye. He left her something, though. He left her with a child. Will Cal save Mare? Will Maven kill her? Or will she fall back in love with him before she is rescued? What will happen to Kilorn? Cal is now second in command of the Nortan military and must attend the discutions as well. A month later Mare discovers something and is conflicted on what to do. Will she tell Cal, or will she deal with it alone. This story follows the life's of Cal and Mare after war storm. *Disclaimer* all the characters are based off of the amazing book series red queen by Victoria Avyard (the best writer ever) she owns all the characters.
