I'm Angel, and I'm a foster child. For about two years now, I've lived in the same house with my so called, "siblings." The other foster kids in the house. There's Matthew, John, Brad, Ashley, Katherine, Ariana, Bella, and Me. I used to have more siblings, but they all eventually got adopted. I'm 18, and still parentless, and it doesn't really bother me. But all that changes when a couple in their mid forties decides to adopt me, and my foster sister, Katherine. They take us in, and surprisingly they live only 5 minutes away from our original home. On top of that, we still get to go to the same school. It's the first day of my senior year, and since I've started school, I've always been on top of my game. Straight A's, and best school work. But, I have a very bad attitude. Which makes some things a lot harder for me. Including having relationships. I just got out of one with a boy named Brandon, and I'm really depressed. We dated for about 2 1/2 years, until I found out about him cheating on me with the high school's cheer captain. Since then I've put these walls up to keep myself from getting hurt. And so far, no one has teared them down. Well, except for my foster siblings. But that all changes when the new boy, Logan, comes to my school. Just my luck, the boys has all the same classes as me and a few of my foster siblings. I tell him I don't want anything to do with him, no hard feelings. But for some reason he keeps coming back, more interested. Oh, well. That's high school for you. I just hope with my new, permanent family, and new school year, everything will be a lot better than it has been in the past. I'm just ready for a fresh start.
