In it, Laurens works the night shift at a coffee shop (who knows if a 24 hour coffee shop exists, but in fiction, anything is possible), that Hamilton decides to go to when after he gets struck with writer's block. (I wrote this goddamn years ago, it's horrible and probably one of my biggest regrets in life :) Just a warning that this is extremely bad, and I was very lazy when writing it. His adoptive father has enrolled him in a near by high school and luckily found an apartment of 3 boys that had space for John and were willing to take him in. John had been to school in the past but had to leave after being turned, his father managed to forge paper work saying what school he was at before so that he could go and graduate, in order to help him live a pretty normal life. The young Vampire was expecting challenges, but he never expected to fall in love. A/N: I really hope I can keep this one up, I'm really excited to do it. Like normal no smut, but rape will be talked about. Alcohol, homophobia and disownment are also topics.

Instead the now exiled patriot leaders fled into Spanish New Orleans and started their lives over in a very different society from the Puritan one of the American colonies.
