When Hermione visits her favorite muggle cafe in London she never expects to run into Draco Malfoy for the first time in three or four years and he has some information that Hermione desperately needs. Together they embark on an adventure and Hermione starts to feel a little different about the man who mocked her all those years.

The war is over. Everyone has to retake the previous year at Hogwarts. Hermione Granger is made Head Girl and Draco Malfoy is made Head Boy. Tensions rise between the two. Ron starts acting very different, which takes it's toil on Hermione and Ron's relationship. What could be causing his sudden attitude change? And will things start to darken when Lucius Malfoy gets involved? What will he do? Can Draco and Hermione find happiness together or is it just not meant to be?

Upon graduation, Hermione took up a post in the ministry of magic's magical law enforcement department and Draco started studying to become a healer. They left on good terms but life got busy and they lost contact with each other. That is, until one fateful day in November, six years later. Draco's eyes blazed with anger, "I fulfilled my promise. Theo made me swear to look after you and I did that." Hermione stood her ground, watching the enraged man curiously, her own anger reaching it's high. Closing the distance between them, he sneered accusingly, "I did it so well that you want to go fuck someone else." Bringing her hand across, Hermione slapped Draco with all her might. Even in the dimly lit room, her handprint was clearly visible on his pale face. He licked his bottom lip tasting blood. Her fire had returned. Draco firmly pulled Hermione against his body and kissed her, his lips moulding perfectly to hers. Forgive me Theo.....

It started with a world where Voldemort won the war. Hermione realizes that she must pose as someone else at a nightmare year at Hogwarts to figure out what went wrong. The key to her success and the cause of all her problems have one thing in common: a time turner. Draco believed that all hope was gone in the world. Nothing could be worse than a world with Voldemort in charge, and the golden trio dead. However, Draco was aware that Hermione's body was never found after the Battle of Hogwarts. Maybe there was hope for a better life after all. Just like Hermione, the one thing keeping Draco from his happiness would be the time turner.

Draco Malfoy jumped at the noise an owl knocking on his window made. He opened the window, took the piece of paper. He read it once, than twice but aloud this time to let the words sink in. ''Your suspect stroke again. Please come fast to your office. It's Granger. - Zabini. '' // ''Lads,'' he whispered in a hurt hush,'' We've got 21 days before Crucio, 28 before death. Pray Merlin we will find her sooner than that.''

For a moment I didn't care about anything but her. I would break my wand and live in the muggle world for her. I would do anything for her, be anything for her, all she had to was ask. *** "Just come back to me Darling, please." He begged me, the rain began to fall harder, it was as if the sky was crying for us. I don't know what to do. I don't know what to say, but all I know is that I love him.
