Cleo begins to date an older girl named Heather who treats her really well but abruptly cuts her off when Billie demands to have her back. Billie is starting to get a following as she opens for Finneas' shows. Cleo goes on the mini tour with Billie as she opens and Cleo becomes close to Claudia. Cleo witnesses/catches Billie cheating on her several different times and eventually becomes fed up, going back to Heather at the end of the story.
