Ezekiel Joziah Hunt is the last Descendant of the Stars. As the bastard son of the King of Evimeria, he was shunned by his Grandfather Andreas when he was a small child and forced to rip off his supernatural powers. Seeking sanctuary, Ezekiel moves to a sleepy town as a student at Stonewall, an average all-boys boarding school. He has stayed hidden until the day during his vacations when a near-fatal accident reawakens his power in front of the royal court. His mystical abilities aren't the only revelation. An incomplete prophecy convinces Ezekiel that there is an impending threat within his universe. A celestial instability grows stronger each day, just as his powers do. Now, he must battle against a scheming grandfather who despises him, and the other nobles who crave to learn the secrets of his power and the prophecy without endangering their lives. But Ezekiel's biggest challenge is evading the bitterness and darkness inside him threatening to implode with a force as catastrophic as the stars.

***UPDATES ON FRIDAYS*** Val is a headstrong, rebellious girl with a nasty temper and a sense of loyalty that borders on ridiculous. More importantly, she's seventeen, and doesn't much appreciate it when they move to a new place again. Her previously struggling social life takes a turn for the better when she meets a group of friends and is immediately drawn in by them, but secrets hang between them like walls, and when she finally figures out what exactly those are, she is shocked to find that she fits in with them in more ways than one. With fangs drawing down her teeth, claws ripping through her fingers, and an impossible amount of fur sprouting in places she didn't have before, she uncovers a whole new world and must figure out her place in it, along with the rank of her hierarchy. Nightmares plague her nights, flared by the sudden changes in her body, showing of a past she knows nothing of; secrets that are once again being kept away until she is 'ready'. Slowly, she starts to wonder if this new life will truly work for her, but everything has already started unraveling around her, and she has no choice but to go along with it and somehow stay alive for the ride. ~Last thing she saw was the wolfs teeth closing in on her and then all went black.~ 1st place in The Musical Awards 2020❤️ Book 1 of The Lost Wolf series. © Copyright joanna388. Dance is an art and art is genderless. Who are we to judge how and who should express themselves? Being a male belly dancer is not an easy decision, especially in the society where masculinity is the only norm for men and anything else is considered feminine. But still, at the end, let's hope this changes and only the dance could be judged not the gender of performer or the dance form. Let's hope for acceptance... someday it will come true. This was an entry for The Cerulean Contest 2020 which unfortunately got cancelled. Theme : hope

To some people, the first thing that comes to mind at the hearing of the name ' AKPOS ' is a naughty, witty and a Smart ( not in a good way) kind of boy; well at least that's what the teachers and the school authorities make out of him. Little wonder why a kid named Chinedu Nwuokeke from Brights College has been ascribed the name ' AKPOS KEKERE '. He was given the name ' Kekere ' because of his small stature, and the name Akpos because of his cheeky and funny behaviour. Yet despite the clown and jester that people think he makes out of himself, Chinedu Nwuokeke, or should I say Akpos Kekere is actually SMARTER than you think! And you might be surprised to find out that he's even smarter than you. You don't believe me! Then why don't you read the book, ' Are you smarter than Akpos? ' and explore pages filled with jokes and hilarious short stories and trust me you'll begin to see Akpos differently.
