Peter Parker was a deaf fifteen-year-old with a past he wanted to forget, however, he had one person who kept him sane, Aunt May. When May passed away, Peter ended up on the streets, he's just a kid and he has to survive on his own as well as being Spider-Man. Can a certain hero save Peter and take him away from his hellish lifestyle? WARNING: This story does contain some things which could trigger people- Peter's a homeless kid who's starving and lives on the streets, I'll put trigger warnings for things specific to chapters but please don't read this if that would trigger you. What is going to happen if the Avengers are trying to catch him? Can he escape or will everyone find out the truth about this 'Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man'?

Peter has been an orphan almost his whole life. Going in and out of abusive foster homes hasn't been easy for him. And it's not going to get any easier, when he starts living with Mr. Johnson. Will anyone realize something is wrong? Or will Peter be left to fend for himself?

So spiderman is the normal friendly "spiderman" Hes just mute. So spiderman was doing a normal patrol but stoped on top of the avengers building cause he liked the view. MeAnWhILe. A sympathetic look came from the man who the winter spider thoughts name was 'tony'. "I wanna help you buddy, but I can't do that if I can't come close to you." He half joked. Buddy? A tugging in his mind was telling him not to trust him, but there was something else. A blind sense of trust for the man that was urging him to accept Tony's help. No. He's not your friend. You don't know him. Kill him. . . . Or they'll kill you. ***************************************************** "You were never to complete that mission. We just had to make it look like you were. You see, we have a better way of destroying the avengers, something worse than death. All we need, is to lure them here." He smirked, looking the winter spider straight in the eye. "But how?"
