Five slammed his butter knife into the table, not breaking eye contact with their father, unable to see everyone's horrified stares. Y/n tore her eyes away from him to the knife that had landed not far from her hand. "I have a question." Five stated bitterly, letting go of the knife that jutted out of the table. "Knowledge is an admirable goal, but you know the rules. No talking during mealtimes. You are interrupting Herr Carlson." Reginald dismissed turning back to his meal. Their father's unwillingness to listen or care made Five's blood boil. He pushed his plate away and turned back to their father. "I want to time travel." Five demanded threateningly. Their father looked at him unalarmed at his outburst. "No." He said, no longer entertained by the matter not that he shown he was before. Just him replying to Five was enough for everyone to feel shocked. "But I'm ready. I've been practicing my spatial jumps, just like you said." Five argued appearing beside their father. "See?" He gestured to himself as proof. Reginald didn't even look up from his plate, unamazed with Five's gift. "A spatial jump is trivial when compared with the unknowns of time travel. One is like sliding along the ice, the other is akin to descending blindly into the depths of the freezing water and reappearing as an acorn." Reginald said waving a hand. Everyone went back to their meals and Five looked angrily at them before locking eyes with Y/n, who gave him a pleading look. She hoped he would just sit down before the situation escalated. "Well, I don't get it." Five mumbled. "Hence the reason you're not ready." Reginald replied. "I'm not afraid." Five countered. "Fear isn't the issue. The effects it might have on your body, even on your mind, are far too unpredictable. Now, I forbid you to talk about this anymore." Reginald said turning to Five. Five shook his head before turning to run. "Number Five!" Y/n quickly stood going after him. "Number Eight!"

The multi billionaire named Reginald Hargreaves has a plan on collecting such children to save the world from evil ~He got eight~ You are number 8 and have incredible mind powers and can bend people and reality to your will with just a flick of a finger, but can not control it without someone telling you what to, so number five has taken this task with a smile, even though he's very aggressive when you don't listen, but this was not his doing, it was Sir Reginald himself After you start showing your 'powers' out when you where just a baby, Reginald knew you couldn't be trusted without an enforcer, so through many attempt he came up with number five to be your 'ruler' for your whole life, he let him do whatever he pleased with you even letting him manipulate you when you where six years old, so you could not even move without a task from him, he even told number five from a young age to punish you if you even had a finger out of line, with he did gladly And now that five has returned from his 'adventure' he expected you to be there waiting just like he said to do, but things have changed and so have you, but that won't stop him from getting you back to obedience once and for all.
