Now with her sister missing, she finds herself the unwilling victim of an explosive time travel experiment gone wrong and thrust far into a magical past. She must face dragons, ruthless fairies, and more magic foes in the pursuit of a way to send her home to save her sister! Which will win, technology, or magic?

Pretty much what you would expect from the title. Just try to spend a summer in Southern Italy and not write poems about it, why don't you.

Sometimes quiet is so terrible that it makes me want to take refuge in noise. But I never regret the lessons I learn from it.
