So, I was doing a critique tonight. And it was the person’s first book. And I was writing a bunch of the same things that I’ve written on a million other critiques since I started on Wattpad. And, it occurred to me that I keep giving people the same advice—advice that nobody gave me—and advice that beginner writer’s NEED. So I decided to put some of it down in a book, although I’m guessing most people won’t read it. Haha But the title pretty much says it all...

The year is 1979. 27-year-old Alan O'Connell grew up in a turbulent household. With Irish parents that married straight after WWII, only to end up hating each other, it was easy for him to develop habits like smoking and drinking liquor and whiskey, even from an early age. He was more than eager to leave the house as soon as he could, and get out there on his own. Now an aging young adult, he's held the job of a dish washer at a diner in the town he ran away to for months now. By now, Alan has had enough of the cruelty of the world, and of his own mischief making. But is the choice he is about to make one that will really grant him his wishes, or one that will tear apart his entire reality bit by bit?

Easy that way :) Each chapter is a separate one shot, they're all different but they're all fanfic. anyway, I won't necessarily be updating these on a normal basis, just whenever I write a new one shot.
