Julia does not live in the best part of town. Children are being kidnapped, broken beer bottles line the streets, and her parents are never sober. Then a tragedy occurs. Her house goes up in flames. Luckily the neighbor boy is home to rescue her, but when she gets to the hospital she cannot remember anything. Will Julia remember who her mother and father are, the fire, or the boy who saved her?
