He has a quirk, but is unknown to the public and never talked about. Izuku keeps to himself, and since he never went to U.A, he's never interacted with the LOV. On his way to school one day from a shopping spree, he finds Dabi, who was severely injured and takes him to his dorm. What will happen? Will a relationship bloom? What will society think? (I'm still thinking about a quirk for Izuku. All I know is I want it to be OP as fuck, lol.)
