But the o great President Snow has decided that there will be a quarter quell. Iris got through her last games with Clove by her side, she was the only thing that got her through the hard times. What if Clove didn't get picked, or even worse what if Iris didn't get picked and had to watch Clove die. Last games were child's play, all these people are experienced with the games. They have all been through the trauma. But the trauma hit Iris really hard when she got back home. The only thing keeping her happy was the thought of seeing Clove again and being able to hold her. Iris and Clove were forced to compete in the 75th annual hunger games quarter quell. They were spilt up when Beetee came up with a plan that would kill the other tributes. But as soon as Iris heard a cannon panic set in as she searched for Clove only to find the wire by itself. In search of Clove a unexpected explosion happened sending Iris flying, darkness overcoming her. She woke up in a hovercraft with loads of people around her that she didn't recognize and didn't answer her questions. So now she is left in the darkness all alone with questions in her head. She lost her dad at the young age of 6. She never thought her life would take this big of a turn. Due to an invention her father created, him and his wife were able to move all the way to district 1. That was 2 years before her mother gave birth to her. All they ever wanted was more glory for themselves and never stopped to think about y/n. Her dad, James key Abernathy Is brothers with Haymitch Abernathy. Whenever y/n would complain her parents would state that at least she didn't have such a bad life like those in district 12.
