After their fifth grade culmination, Sage and Sawyer's paths led them in different directions. Going to different middle schools and not being able to say goodbye to one another left big holes in both their hearts that only the other person could fill. So, when they accidently bump into each other seven years later, all of those feelings that they shoved aside come crashing into them full force. Sage and Sawyer begin to rebuild their friendship and realize just how much they really missed one another. But, they're not the same people they once were, both having insecurities that lead them to believe the other person deserves better than what they have to offer. Can Sage and Sawyer fight for themselves enough to finally be with the person that they never stopped loving or will they let their insecurities win and have to say goodbye to each other for real this time? What will happen when she finds her cousins home infested with Dwarves and a Wizard going on a Quest. Will She have the courage to step foot out of the Shire to see the World?

Lothiriel is a Nymph from the forests of Eryn Vorn, Bilbo is a Hobbit from The Shire and Thorin and company have left behind their home, Erebor. Being unexpectedly roped into this intriguing adventure, Lothiriel is naturally taking in the adventure and the danger, unlike the unwilling Hobbit. Thorin on the other hand, although seemingly adrift to the two newcomers on his quest, accept their aid none the less. But what if all the adventuring comes at a cost? Or if something unexpected comes from this interesting adventure?
