In this story, Izuku Midoriya was not in the same classroom as Bakugo Katsuki due to the age gap which results in Izuku not being bullied as harshly but still receiving a large amount of discrimination. However, what if he finds information about Eraserhead and starts to put his ideas into motion? What if he makes his way into UA and catches the attention of a certain underground Pro Hero? What if he had already gained the attention of a certain Dog/Bear/Mouse thing due to the analysis skills he had been doing for years? We will see answers to all those what if's as we follow Izuku as he goes to UA and survives the trials of Eraserhead and the world of heroics! Also, the mass expulsion of Eraserhead's will happen in Izuku's year and Miro, Tamaki, and Hado will all be in their second year when Izuku is in his third. Fast forward to the present, and these "Quirks" have become normal in this world. 80% of people possessed some kind of special ability, but what about that other 20%? They were often looked down on, seen as useless by society. But these "quirkless" people were just like anyone else. They wanted to live their lives in peace, but that rarely happened. The quirkless were going to be seen as less that those with quirks, no matter what they did. Seeing this, the girl thought that it would be interesting to see what would happen if those without power were given it. She went around, looking for interesting people, and granting people's wishes who she judged as interesting.
