Klaus Baudelaire is paired with Isadora and has to leave with her. Complications turn into another Complication, and eventually Violet Baudelaire and Duncan Quagmire must join the group. Eventually, everything gets resolved and the four arrive back to the gate. But when they arrive, the plane has already left for their school back in Seattle, Washington: With ridiculous rules of them not being allowed to fly back alone, they'll have to find another way home. Now, with no other choice, they must endure a long, difficult, and adventurous journey. Their previous troubles become the least of their worries. But, with 3,028 miles with almost no adult supervision ahead of them, these 4 students' lives will change forever.
