Hi. I've pondered hard on where I should include this note (because it's essential for anyone reading this story to know this). I considered the start of every chapter but the thought of flooding people with "updates"? No, thanks. I thought of just replying to comments regarding this but in all honesty, I only come here once in a blue moon, not the best way too. Which is why, you are reading this now. I wrote this story when I was much younger, more ignorant and less knowledgable on current affairs. I've decided to reflect my main characters' age to mine, because it was easier to keep track of the ages with the writing style I used in this story. Back then, I only thought of my convenience but not how problematic age will be in this story. One might say, I can edit it, change it but I don't have that commitment. Others might think, I can bring this story down but everything about My Best Friend holds precious memories. It is not something I ever want to take down. Hence, an author's note. With that being said, if you've read my disclaimer and the synopsis below it, yet still decide on reading this story, I am sincerely sorry about the age factor. - Friendship is a type of relationship and all relationships involve feelings. Blair Westfield and Zach Quick have been best friends since the both of them can remember. Just like every story revolving a pair of boy-girl friendship, it either ends with happy ever after, or it never ends well. When feelings begin sipping into the duo's friendship everything becomes rocky and soon the friendship capsizes, ruining everything in it. Old friendships will break and new friendships will blossom. Old feelings will disappear and new feelings will arrive. Everything becomes a matter of 'out with the old and in with the new'. What will happen between this friendship shared by Blair and Zach then? My Best Friend brings you the complicated world of friendships within a group of friends.

{FIRST BOOK IN 'THE GIRL IN THE HOODIE' SERIES} {2014-2018} A girl moved to California two years ago. No one knows what she looks like. All they know is that she wears a hoodie. *~*~*~* "HOLY SHIT, NOAH! WHY THE FUCK WOULD YOU LET THE TROLLEY GO?! COME BACK! OH MY FUCKING LIFE, FIZZY DRINKS UP AHEAD--" BANG FIZZ POP "...am I dead?" I'm suddenly grabbed by the back of my hoodie and pulled up from the ground and out of the mess of the opened bottles of fizzy which had exploded when the trolley and I crashed into them. My hands instantly go to my hood and I sigh in relief to find that it hadn't fallen off through all of that. I turn my head and look the the employee who's holding me, his face completely red and the vein in his neck throbbing. "Wassup, dude?" I smile sheepishly. *~* {HIGHEST RANKINGS: #1 in Funny #1 in Sad And #1 in Cancer apparently }
